Comprehensive Speech and Language Evaluation
To determine the presence of (diagnosis) and extent to which a speech-language disorder is affecting an individual’s functioning and participation in the home, school, and/or community
Includes: 4-6 hours of in-person observation/assessment, history/chart collection and review, administration and interpretation of 2 standardized evaluations and/or dynamic assessments, detailed written report with diagnostic impressions, prognosis, treatment recommendations, and suggested goals
Individualized Speech & Language Treatment
To improve speech and language skills through evidence based therapeutic techniques
Includes: Dynamic & Temporal Tactile Cueing (DTTC) for children with CAS including use of PROMPT cueing, Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) device programming/training, social skill development and executive functioning training, articulation, voice, and fluency (i.e. stuttering) remediation.
Independent Educational Evaluations
To help children receive the appropriate services and supports within the educational system.
Includes: comprehensive evaluation with a detailed report and educational recommendations, including suggested IEP goals and SDIs upon request.
Consultation
To promote collaboration and cohesion of goals across disciplines to promote more effective speech and language outcomes.
Includes: IEP planning and attendance, home visits, school observations, assistance to educational advocates, and incorporation of sensory, behavioral, and emotional/relational strategies from. other disciplines.
