Megan Zimmerman, M.A. CCC-SLP
Co-Founder & SLPKnown for her high-energy, engaging approach, Megan loves creating therapy experiences that are motivating, play-based, and individualized to each child. She specializes in autism, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), and speech-specific advocacy. She is passionate about partnering with families and collaborating with schools and care teams to create meaningful, functional communication that extends far beyond the therapy room.
As both a speech-language pathologist and a mom of three young children, Megan understands the joys, challenges, and questions that come with raising a family. That perspective shapes the compassionate, family-centered care she provides every day. She believes every child deserves the opportunity to be heard, and that every family deserves a collaborative team to help them get there.

Devon Reed, M.A. CCC-SLP
Known for her calm, patient demeanor and contagious enthusiasm, Devon creates engaging, play-based therapy experiences that keep children motivated and excited to learn. As a mom of two energetic boys, she's no stranger to keeping up with busy little ones…so much so that families often ask, "How do you have so much energy?"
Devon specializes in childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), autism, speech sound disorders, and pediatric feeding disorders. Her expertise in Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) has made her a trusted referral source for families and professionals seeking specialized evaluation and intervention. She previously participated in a randomized controlled study at Temple University examining the effectiveness of Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) and continues to pursue advanced training and mentorship in CAS. She believes meaningful progress happens when children, families, and professionals work together toward shared communication goals.
